For internal trips within Italy, the seats are indicated on your ticket.
For international trips, the placement is free. The sooner you arrive, the more choices you will have on the seats.
All Baltour coaches are equipped with accessible toilets throughout the entire journey. During night-time journeys, drivers regularly make 20-minute stops at petrol stations. Passengers on the bus can therefore go to the toilet or make purchases to drink or eat.
For trips exclusively within Italy: Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian on board Baltour buses. Minors between 14 and 18 years of age may travel alone, but an authorization signed by the legal guardian is required before boarding the Baltour bus.
For international trips, children under 16 years of age must be accompanied. For minors between 16 and 18 years of age, an authorization must be signed by the legal guardian before boarding the bus.
At the time of writing, Baltour is asking to print its ticket to travel on the Baltour buses. Remember to print your bus ticket, as checks can be carried out on board the buses during the journey. Baltour tickets are registered.
Passengers must carry a valid passport or identity document to travel to all countries crossed by the Baltour bus.
Passengers are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before the departure indicated on their ticket. In high season, especially in June, July and August, it is preferable to increase this time. Any passenger who does not arrive within this time limit may be considered as absent, their place on the bus will no longer be assured.
Passengers travelling on board Baltour coaches are entitled to one piece of checked baggage not exceeding 150 cm (Length + Width + Height) and 20kg and one piece of hand luggage. Luggage containing liquids cannot be accepted on board the buses. It is possible to bring an additional piece of luggage within the limit of the space available in the hold by paying an additional fee.
The transport of bicycles or unpackaged packages is not allowed.
Animals are prohibited for night-time travel and international travel. For day trips within Italy, small animals are accepted if they can be placed under the passenger seat. A surcharge of 50% of the price of the bus ticket will be charged.
Changes to national Baltour tickets must be made within 30 days of booking. Changes are only possible for the time and date of the trip and are subject to a charge. They cannot be applied for the bus route or for the line used. Bus ticket changes can be made up to 2 hours before the bus leaves. Any changes will be invoiced to you and you will be able to pay the requested amount online. You can change the date of your trip as well as the route within the limit where you do not change bus lines.
