In addition to offering discounts similar to those of the youth card for 27-59 year olds, the Avantage Adulte card is first and foremost the reincarnation of 2 former cards offered by the SNCF. Indeed, the Week-End Advantage card and the Family Advantage card have been replaced by the Adult Avantage card in order to simplify the SNCF's discount offer, and to compile different types of advantages in a single card.
In addition to the usual 30% discount, it allows the cardholder to give the same discount rate to one accompanying person. However, it has slightly different conditions than the Avantage Jeune card and the Avantage Senior card.
