Can I travel with my bicycle on Marino buses?

Bicycles are accepted on Marino buses on domestic routes and are considered as luggage. They must be folded or dismantled and placed in a suitable bag. Bikes are not allowed on international routes.

Are pets allowed on board Marino coaches?

Passengers may bring live, non-dangerous pets (such as small dogs, cats and other small pets) with them, subject to prior booking, provided they have a health certificate and can fit inside a pet carrier measuring 30/30/40 cm (width/height/depth). Accompanying animals are not allowed on international scheduled services.

The 40% discounted fare applies to the carriage of animals, ("Animals" fare), unless other fare regulations apply during high season, when no fare discounts can be granted. The guide dog of a blind passenger is not subject to payment of a ticket.

How can I change/cancel my Marino Bus journey?

Marino Bus tickets can be cancelled or changed for a fee. The exact amount of these fees is indicated at the time of booking on the Kombo website. Should you have to cancel your trip, you may request a refund or re-credit in the following manner:

Before 48 hours from the time of departure: You will be entitled to a refund equal to 70% of the ticket price by bank transfer in accordance with the procedures provided.

Before 18 hours from the time of departure: 100% of the cost of the journey is re-credited by means of a coupon/discount voucher that will be sent to the mobile phone number provided at the time of purchase, to be reused later for other purchases, within one year of its issue.

In the 18 hours prior to the departure time: 80% of the cost of the journey is re-credited by means of a coupon/discount voucher that will be sent to the mobile phone number provided at the time of purchase, to be used within one year of its issue.

When to take a Marino bus

We recommend that you board the Marino bus at least 30 minutes in advance, having your ID and ticket with you. You can present your Marino bus ticket on your phone, or printed on paper.

Can minors travel on MarinoBus?

Children and minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by persons with parental authority. For travel by teenagers aged between 16 and 17 years from Italy to abroad, persons with parental authority must ensure that the teenagers carry all documents required to cross the border (national identity card or passport).

If the child is aged between 14 and 17, he/she may only travel if he/she has the authorisation to travel signed by his/her legal representative.

While, for international travel, children under the age of 16 cannot travel alone.

How to travel with a child on Marino bus?

Infants up to 3 years of age may only be transported in child seats. These seats must be secured during the journey with the bus's seat belts.
