The Isilines buses are equipped with comfort seats (spaced 74 cm or more) tiltable with headrests and tablets, individual reading lights. The Isilines fleet consists of mostly very recent cars which are therefore more comfortable than the average and provided a collective and individual air conditioning.
At Isilines, the seats are reserved and placement is free. Rather window? Rather corridor? If you arrive early enough, you can choose :)
At Isilines, 4G Wifi is available and free! So you can stay connected, enjoy your favorite websites and surf the Internet at will throughout your journey.
The full Isilines buses are equipped with electric or USB taken to enable you to recharge your mobile phone or laptop. Kombo recommend still to recharge the batteries of your devices in advance to avoid disappointment!
All Isilines bus normally have toilets available for passengers.
Minors 16 to 18 years are allowed to travel alone on the bus Isilines. However, if the passenger is under 16, it must be accompanied by an adult with parental permission if it does not act his legal representative. Authorization is downloadable.
Isilines recommends that people with reduced mobility or with disability to contact their helpdesk at the latest 36 hours before departure of your bus.
At Isilines, you do not need to print the tickets and that's good! When booking via Kombo, get your tickets in PDF format. You can then choose to print or displayed on your mobile before boarding.
An ID valid (identity card, passport, residence permit, etc.) and for your ticket is required to board the bus Isilines.
Isilines recommend to present directly to the driver later than 20 minutes before departure of your bus.
Good news at Isilines, hand luggage and the first checked baggage are free. The hold baggage must comply with a maximum weight of 20 kg, and for height, the sum of the length + width + depth of luggage must be less than 170 cm.
You can affix labels provided by Isilines when recording on your luggage so that they remain identifiable throughout the journey.
For security reasons, Isilines does not accept the transport of animals except guide dogs for accompanying the visually impaired and hard of hearing and dogs and cats under 5kg carried in their travel bags.
The Isilines tickets are transferable and non-cancellable.
