In May 2021, Ouigo launched in Spain. At the launch, OUIGO Spain offers 10 daily routes connecting Madrid to Barcelona in just 2 hours and 30 minutes, with stops in Saragossa and Tarragona. OUIGO Spain aims to continue its expansion by connecting the cities of Valencia, Alicante, Cordoba, Seville, and Malaga.
The objective is to provide travelers with more choices and enable them to find the best alternative!
Exclusive on Kombo: OUIGO Spain trains are now cancelable
Usually OUIGO Spain trains are neither cancellable nor refundable. They are exchangeable up to 30 minutes before departure, for costs of € 19.

Some tips before traveling with an Ouigo train
Access to the train is allowed up to 5 minutes before departure. Boarding opens 30 minutes before departure, so we recommend arriving no later than this time to avoid the stress of departure.
Don't forget your tickets (which can be on your phone) and your identification, to avoid any issues during ticket checks.
Label your luggage, as it will be very useful in case of loss. All train stations provide free luggage tags.
Bring your own snack, as there is no onboard catering service.
How many luggage is allowed per passenger?
If you have a OUIGO ESSENTIAL ticket alone, you can travel with 1 hand bag (27 cm x 36 cm x 15 cm) and 1 piece of cabin luggage (55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm, including handle, pockets and wheels). If you also want to add extra luggage to your ticket and fully enjoy your OUIGO experience, select the Ouigo Plus option and add up to 30kg of luggage in addition to your hand bag and cabin baggage. And if you choose the Ouigo Full option, you will have included the same as the Ouigo Plusoption, plus 1 additional baggage or XL extra. The maximum luggage allowance for each passenger is 1 hand bag, 1 cabin baggage and 2 large pieces of luggage (or packages, e.g. a bicycle). Remember that the luggage must be placed in the luggage racks in the deck of your seat during the journey. Please note that if you do not contract the additional baggage service more than 30 minutes before departure time or your baggage exceeds the dimensions indicated on your ticket, our Service Crew will adjust it at boarding time for a cost of €20 (25€ on trains from 1 June), which you will have to pay in the same way you purchased your ticket.
